- Return Policy:
- All claims for discrepanies and damages must be made within 5 days of
receipt of the order. Returns will not be accepted without a prior written
authorization from InSilk.com.
- No merchandise, damaged or defective, to be returned without our consent.
If the original carton is damaged upon receipt it must be saved for inspection
by the carrier with whom the claim must be made. No cancellation on orders
in process.
- Returned are accepted only with a return authorization number. Return
autorizations are issued by InSilk.com.
- All refused/returned shipments will result a 15% restocking or reshipping
charge plus freight costs incurred.
- Merchandise not in stock will be automatically cancelled unless advised
otherwise. Please add to your next order.
